Astroweetjes Mercurius Eclips, Astro facts Mercury eclips

Vandaag vindt er astronomisch gezien een opmerkelijke gebeurtenis plaats. Mercurius schuift voor de Zon langs, ook wel Mercurius Transit genoemd. In feite betreft het een eclips, want Mercurius zit tussen de Zon en de Aarde in. Alle astronomische gebeurtenissen hebben astrologisch ook hun invloed.

Vandaag 11 november vanaf ongeveer 13.30 uur tot plusminus 19 uur CET schuift Mercurius voor de Zon langs. De eclips vindt plaats in het teken Schorpioen op 18-19 graden Schorpioen terwijl Mercurius Retrograde loopt.

Een eclips van Mercurius met de Zon komt ongeveer 7 keer per 100 jaar voor, dus is best wel zeldzaam.

De laatste maal dat er een dergelijk eclips voorkwam was in 2016 en de eerstvolgende keer dat dit fenomeen gebeurt is in 2032.

Wanneer we de horoscoop bekijken voor Europa op het moment dat de Zon en Mercurius exact op dezelfde graad staan dan valt het volgende op:

Rond 16 uur 20 CET staan de Zon en Mercurius 18 graad 55 Scorpio, waarvan Mercurius Retrograde.

De horoscoop geeft aan dat zaken die onder het sterrenbeeld Stier vallen belangrijk worden, en dat is niet zo verwonderlijk, want ook de Nieuwe en Volle Manen attenderen ons steeds op zaken die door Uranus geaccentueerd worden. En dat gebeurt eigenlijk sinds Uranus definitief het sterrenbeeld Stier is binnengekomen. Uranus zal daar nog een 7-tal jaar blijven staan. Met deze tendens zijn zaken belangrijk geworden die te maken hebben met klimaat, de aarde, de natuur en dergelijke. Vandaar ook alle protesten en demonstraties daaromtrent. Mondiaal gezien zal deze eclips deze zaken nog meer gaan accentueren, waaruit van alles en nog wat voort zal komen, zowel positief als negatief. Denk daarbij aan demonstraties, verkeersopstoppingen, stakingen en protesten. En dat hoort helemaal bij Mercurius Retrograde.

Op persoonlijk vlak geeft een Retrogradefase altijd een fase aan van introspectie, opnieuw overdenken waar we mee bezig zijn, opnieuw projecten oppakken die zijn blijven liggen, herinneringen ophalen, evolueren, initiëren, maar ook verwerken, accepteren en loslaten. De Zon in Scorpio zorgt voor verdieping en de Maan bij Uranus zorgt voor vernieuwing. Zo dicht bij de Volle Maan in Schorpioen [12 november] lijkt het een beetje of de Volle Maan een Nieuwe Maan is, want de Nieuwe Maan luidt een nieuwe fase in. Dus deze eclips is een nieuwe fase, maar ook duidelijk een afronding van iets, wat waarschijnlijk in 2016 in gang is gezet. In 2016 was de voorgaande eclips van Mercurius en de Zon.

Omdat de Zon en Mercurius vooral intieme, persoonlijke en relationele zaken betreffen komt daar ook het accent op te liggen. Mensen uit het verleden duiken opeens weer op of komen in onze herinnering. Een relatie wordt verbroken of bloeit juist weer op. Belangrijk is vooral het praten met elkaar. Omdat de Transit mooie aspecten krijgt en omdat Mercurius Retrograde loopt moet dat niet al te moeilijk zijn.

Mercurius loopt Retrograde, achteruit, dat betekent dus dat Mercurius al eerder 18 graden Schorpioen heeft aangedaan, namelijk op 17 oktober jl. Toen stond de Zon natuurlijk niet op dat punt, maar het is wel een belangrijk moment. De tendens trad toen al in werking en dat voelden we ook 23 oktober toen Venus over deze graad schoof. Mercurius heeft dit punt dus al eerder bereikt, Ga bij jezelf na waar je die dagen mee bezig was, wat er door je heen ging en vooral wat je wil veranderen in jouw huidige situatie.

Fijne Mercury eclips!

Today, a remarkable event takes place astronomically. Mercury moves in front of the Sun, also known as Mercury Transit. In fact, it is an eclipse, because Mercury is between the Sun and the Earth. All astronomical events also have astrological influence.

Today, November 11 from around 1.30 pm until about 7 pm, Mercury will pass by in front of the Sun. The eclipse takes place in the Scorpio sign at 18-19 degrees Scorpio while Mercury is running Retrograde.

A Mercury eclipse with the Sun occurs about 7 times per 100 years, so it is quite rare.

The last time such an eclipse occurred was in 2016 and the next time this phenomenon happened was in 2032.

When we look at the horoscope for Europe at the moment that the Sun and Mercury are exactly at the same degree, the following is striking:

The Sun and Mercury 18 grade 55 Scorpio are at around 16:00 20 CET, of which Mercury is Retrograde.

The horoscope indicates that things that fall under the Taurus constellation are becoming important, and that is not surprising, because the New and Full Moons also draw our attention to things that are emphasized by Uranus. And that actually happens since Uranus has finally entered the Taurus constellation. Uranus will remain there for another 7 years. With this trend, things have become important that have to do with climate, the earth, nature and the like. Hence all protests and demonstrations related to this. Globally, this eclipse will accentuate these issues even more, from which anything and everything will come, both positive and negative. Think of demonstrations, traffic jams, strikes and protests. And that is entirely part of Mercury Retrograde.

On a personal level, a Retrograde phase always indicates a phase of introspection, reconsidering what we are working on, picking up projects that have been left behind, recalling memories, evolving, initiating, but also processing, accepting and letting go. The Sun in Scorpio provides deepening and the Moon at Uranus provides renewal. So close to the Full Moon in Scorpio [November 12], it seems a bit like the Full Moon is a New Moon, because the New Moon heralds a new phase. So this eclipse is a new phase, but also clearly a completion of something, which was probably started in 2016. In 2016 the previous eclipse was of Mercury and the Sun.

Because the Sun and Mercury mainly concern intimate, personal and relational matters, the emphasis is on that. People from the past suddenly reappear or come to our memory. A relationship is broken or flourishes again. Especially important is talking to each other. Because the Transit gets nice aspects and because Mercury is running Retrograde that shouldn’t be too difficult.

Mercury is going retrograde, backwards, which means that Mercury has already visited 18 degrees Scorpio earlier, namely on October 17, when the Sun was of course not at that point, but it is an important moment. The tendency already started then, and we felt that too on October 23 when Venus moved over this degree. Mercury has already reached this point before, Check with yourself what you were doing those days, what went through you and especially what you want to change in your current situation.
