New Moon in Leo - Nieuwe Maan in Leeuw 19 augustus 2020

19 Augustus is het Nieuwe Maan rond 04.30 CET. De Nieuwe Maan valt in het sterrenbeeld Leeuw op 26 graden. Mercurius staat amper twee graden verwijderd van deze Nieuwe Maan.
Er hangt momenteel een vreemde energie. Het is een beetje vergelijkbaar met de energie die er rond een Solareclips hangt. We kennen allemaal het gevoel alsof de wereld even stilstaat, er weinig wind is, de dieren heel rustig worden en het lijkt alsof er iets verwachtingsvols in de lucht hangt. Die energie is er nu ook. Zou het te maken hebben met komeet Neowise? Altijd als de energie van de Zon beïnvloedt wordt, ofwel door een eclips, ofwel de drie dagen rond Kerstmis en nu met de passage van Neowise langs de Zon in Leeuw, voelt het een beetje hetzelfde. Astrologisch gezien betekent het ook hetzelfde, want het staat voor vernieuwing. Er breekt een nieuwe tijd aan. We zijn bezig met intenties te zetten die met vernieuwing te maken hebben. Uranus is de planeet van vernieuwing en die staat op 10 graden Stier, en juist rond het moment van de Nieuwe Maan keert Uranus Retrograde. We gaan dus diep nadenken hoe we deze vernieuwingen in ons leven willen integreren. Rond januari 2021 sluiten we deze fase af en hebben we inmiddels zaken ingevoerd, of we weten tenminste hoe we zaken zullen aanpakken.
Onze intuïtie zal sterker zijn rond de Nieuwe Maan want niet alleen staat Lilith dicht bij Mars in Ram, ook de positie van Mercurius naast de Nieuwe Maan versterkt onze intuïtie. We zullen meer voelen dan dat we weten, meer instinctief doen dan dat we kunnen onderbouwen.
Het accent voor Nederland en omgeving komt op werkgelegenheid en de economie te liggen. De economie trekt weer aan en ook de werkgelegenheid neemt toe. Toch horen we nog steeds over massaontslagen en dat is te wijten aan zowel de gunstige planeetstanden als de ongunstige planeetstanden en aspecten. Maatregelen omtrent Covid-19 zullen nog steeds gehandhaafd blijven en wellicht aangescherpt, maar Nederland kan zich een tweede Lockdown niet permitteren.
De positie van Mars zorgt voor veel irritaties, protesten en opstandjes. Dit blijft voorlopig nog wel even. Mars blijft een ongekend lange tijd in het sterrenbeeld Ram staan en moet zijn Retrogradefase nog beginnen.
Voor ons persoonlijk kan deze Nieuwe Maan een nieuwe fase betekenen waarin we weer meer zichtbaar mogen worden, meer mogen stralen, met ons licht naar buiten mogen komen en zelfverzekerd en succesvol/talentvol onszelf mogen laten zien.

August 19 is the New Moon around 04.30 CET. The New Moon falls in the constellation of Leo at 26 degrees. Mercury is barely two degrees from this New Moon.
There is a strange energy hanging around right now. It is a bit comparable to the energy that hangs around a Solareclips. We all know the feeling as if the world is standing still for a moment, there is little wind, the animals become very calm and it seems as if there is something expectant in the air. That energy is now also there. Could it have to do with Comet Neowise? Whenever the energy of the Sun is affected, either by an eclipse or the three days around Christmas and now with the passage of Neowise through the Sentence in Leo, it feels a bit the same. Astrologically it also means the same, because it stands for innovation. A new era is dawning. We are busy setting intentions that have to do with innovation. Uranus is the planet of renewal and it is at 10 degrees Taurus, and just around the time of the New Moon Uranus turns Retrograde. So we start thinking deeply about how we want to integrate these innovations into our lives. We will close this phase around January 2021 and have already introduced things, or at least we know how we will do things.
Our intuition will be stronger around the New Moon because not only is Lilith close to Mars in Aries, Mercury’s position next to the New Moon also strengthens our intuition. We will feel more than we know, act more instinctively than we can substantiate.
The emphasis for the Netherlands and the surrounding area will be on employment and the economy. The economy is picking up again and employment is also increasing. Yet we still hear about mass layoffs and that is due to both the favorable planetary positions and the unfavorable planetary positions and aspects. Measures regarding Covid-19 will still be maintained and perhaps tightened, but the Netherlands cannot afford a second Lockdown.
The position of Mars causes a lot of irritation, protests and uprisings. This will remain for a while. Mars will remain in the constellation Aries for an unprecedented amount of time and has yet to begin its retrograde phase.
For us personally, this New Moon can mean a new phase in which we may become more visible again, may shine more, may come out with our light and be able to show ourselves confidently and successfully / talentedly.
